From Our Oven to Your Table

Our sourdough boules begin with a starter that dates back to 1847. The dough is made over the course of a three day fermentation process that is responsible for the fortification of the unique character in sourdough. Lastly, the boules are steamed during the first few minutes of baking to allow for optimal oven spring and to assist in the development of a crispy exterior crust while maintaining a soft crumb on the interior.
Our yeast dinner rolls are an important traditional feature of every holiday meal. These soft rolls have a rich flavor imparted to them by the oil and eggs in their ingredients and pair well with a variety of favorite dishes including pasta dinners and soups. Further, they make excellent medium to large sliders and sandwiches.
Our garlic rolls are a perfect accompaniment to salads and light fair. Also, these smaller rolls are a great size for sliders and smaller portioned sandwiches.
Everyone needs a little spice in their life, and that's just what we give you with our Jalapeno Rolls. This potato roll base has just enough jalapenos to add flavor and heat without setting your mouth on fire.
