Although we have our own select breads that we offer as a staple to our line, we are always open to trying to find the perfect item for your needs. If you have a certain type of bread you are looking for please contact us so that we can work with you.
Sourdough
Our sourdough boules begin with a starter that dates back to 1847. The dough is made over the course of a three day fermentation process that is responsible for the fortification of the unique character in sourdough. Lastly, the boules are steamed during the first few minutes of baking to allow for optimal oven spring and to assist in the development of a crispy exterior crust while maintaining a soft crumb on the interior.
Dinner Rolls
Our yeast dinner rolls are an important traditional feature of every holiday meal. These soft rolls have a rich flavor imparted to them by the oil and eggs in their ingredients and pair well with a variety of favorite dishes including pasta dinners and soups. Further, they make excellent medium to large sliders and sandwiches.
Garlic Rolls
Our garlic rolls are a perfect accompaniment to salads and light fair. Also, these smaller rolls are a great size for sliders and smaller portioned sandwiches.
Jalapeno Rolls
Everyone needs a little spice in their life, and that's just what we give you with our Jalapeno Rolls. This potato roll base has just enough jalapenos to add flavor and heat without setting your mouth on fire.
Gourmet Sandwich Rolls
If your family is anything like ours, then grilling is a favorite pastime. With this in mind, we set about creating these rolls with the hope that they would succeed in housing mouth-watering burgers, grilled chicken, and other barbecued variants.
